Payment methods

VALO accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods can vary by device, location, and payment provider. The complete order total—including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes—is shown before you submit payment.

Authorization and order acceptance

Your payment method may be authorized when an order is placed. An order is not accepted until it has been successfully processed or shipped. We may contact you or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, information appears inconsistent, or fraud-prevention review requires additional verification.

Currency

Prices on valohome.us and charges at checkout are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Payment security

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and its payment-service partners. VALO does not ask customers to send complete payment-card details by email or through the contact form.
